Your responsibilities will include:
- Main responsibility is management and strategic support of digital insurance products,
- Supporting and coordinating the insurance technology related x-functional delivery,
- Process improvement (sales and selfcare) to support digital customer management,
- Collaboration and support in creating and implementing product strategy for digital channels,
- Identifying product development requirements and developing proposals,
- Defining business requirements for digital products to support sales and self-care activities,
- Product monitoring,
- Market and competition monitoring,
- Coordinating and supporting process and service improvement for digital sales channels.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- College or university degree,
- 5+ years professional experience,
- Fluency in English,
- IT competencies: MS Office, PowerBI,
- Experience with Agile and Growth Hacking frameworks is an advantage.
